When I was doing some laundry the other day, suddenly my washer stopped working. I had no idea what I should do, and considering I was about to go on vacation, I needed my washer fixed as soon as possible! I did a search for a Kenmore washer repair and I came across this company. I gave them a call, and they were amazing to work with from start to finish. They set up a time that they could come out that would work with my schedule, and even gave me a reminder call when they were on their way. When the service man got here, he was incredibly respectful and professional the entire time. He told me everything he was doing and why, and kept me in the loop the entire time. He was able to successfully fix my washer in a great amount of time, and when he was done, it was working better then ever. And even better, when all was said and done, there were no hidden fees or surprises on the bill. I am very impressed with their professionalism, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I used other company but my tech is on vacation, so when my Kenmore refrigerator started to make a funny sound I called my local Appliance company.They had a repair man sent to me the same day! When the repairman arrived, he went through the usual diagnostics. He was of great service. Not only did he diagnosis the problem the first time around, but he went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. He also cleaned out the condenser coils. Now that's what I call service. I would recommend this company

While promptness is always appreciated when an appliance is on the blink, what I liked even more was the communications from Stanley. The technician arrived right on time and inspected the refrigerator. He was well informed and experienced, and figured out the problem right away!! The refrigerator frequently flooded and the technician found out that it was due to the tubing connecting the water supply was faulty. The repair was a success! Took less than an hour and everything is perfect. Tony worked efficiently and even helped to put items back in the refrigerator when finished. I can't thank Tony enough for his help!
